So many projects, so little time.
I find treasures all over but
I can never seem to find the time to finish them all.
I can sort of blame the weather…
I need to work outside when I paint furniture
(um, the garage is full)…
However, the last few days have been gorgeous….so
NOW, I must get my act together and here is where I am starting…
These lovely chairs.
I bought 6 at Goodwill…3 months ago
and I desperately need them in my house.
You see my current dining room chairs are beyond awful. Well, they look good, but I seriously need to have people sign a release of liability to sit in them. They have been repaired numerous times and well, I think in the original design/construction something went a little cuckoo.
I have a vision (sort of) for these chairs. They look dated and ugly now….but with some creamy white paint, a little distressing and some new seat covers…these are going to be gorgeous!
And my Rockler HVLP Spray System is going to be my savior here.

This is going to be a snap to paint these future beauties!
Using a Paint Spray Gun is new to me, but many assure me it is the way to go and I will love it!
Trust me….or at least play along!
Now off I go to start sanding and prepping!
(I am paying the older kiddo per chair to help and!)

I’ll be interested to see how the new look pans out, and I like your how you recruit your son for extra muscle.
Our older son has gotten a fair share of tricep workouts in sanding the Mrs. table and chair remakes.
I hope you had a super weekend.
